Kanban Coaching Practices (KCP) Training

Kanban Coaching Practices (KCP) represents the most advanced training from Kanban University in coaching practices and leadership of evolutionary transformation. This course prepares professionals to lead deep organizational changes using the Kanban method in a strategic, contextualized, and results-oriented way.
The training goes far beyond implementing flow policies or advice: it teaches how to understand the social fabric of the organization, how to deal with cultural resistance, how to strengthen team cohesion, and how to promote trust, transparency, and collaboration as pillars of sustainable change.
The program was designed to complement the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) training, which allows students not only to assess the maturity level of a service but also to know how to intervene, how to motivate evolution, and how to guide teams to maturity levels 2 and 3, including in a broader corporate context.
