Microsoft Copilot Training

Microsoft Copilot is the integrated artificial intelligence solution within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, designed to enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and transform traditional workflows into smarter, automated experiences. With technology based on advanced language models and full integration with Microsoft Graph, Copilot uses data from applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint to provide precise, real-time contextual support. This course, led by a Microsoft Gold Partner, presents the fundamentals of AI in an accessible way, explains how Copilot interprets, generates, and organizes information, and demonstrates in practice how to use this tool to optimize daily tasks, reduce operational effort, and enhance the quality of results.

Throughout the 8-hour training, participants learn how Copilot automates repetitive tasks, improves communication, generates insights from large volumes of data, and supports the creation of documents, presentations, and complex analyses. The training is conducted in Portuguese and provides a clear view of how to apply Copilot in business environments, including initial setup, security principles, and best practices for usage in accordance with internal policies. The hands-on approach allows for a deep understanding of the potential of AI to increase professional efficiency, whether in technical, administrative, operational, or executive teams.
